Service Description

Put the winter off-season to good use. In usually just one session, we can analyze technique and give you some new things to work on for dry land training. Also, I can familiarize you with many of the really helpful features of the Concept2 rower.

Cancellation Policy

Please cancel or reschedule no less than 24 hours before your lesson. Weather however, may cause postponement right up until the lesson is to start.
